Salary: £60 p/h for 12-18 months

A Planner is required for preconstruction / project planning role based in Surrey. The projects will incorporate mainly of new build high spec RC Frame residential construction (new build & refurbishment) and fit out. The Planner will ideally have similar experience on relevant projects with at least 10 years experience with a reputable Main Contractor, developer or consultancy. The role will be on a freelance basis for at least the next 12-18 months, with the potential for the role to go permanent after that.

The successful Planner will also ideally have experience using the ASTA and or Primavera P6 software and have a background of new build construction programming.

The role:

* Management of change events into the construction programme working with the commercial teams.
* Create, update, maintain & manage construction programmes and communicate to both customers and project managers.
* Programme management.
* Use of Asta Powerproject.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
