We are currently working with a well-established property consultancy in the Richmond area that require a new Property Management Surveyor to join their team.

The Role – Associate Director – Commercial Property Management

This portfolio includes properties across a variety of sectors, offices, industrial and retail, in and around London and the South East.

The role is likely to suit somebody who is looking for a long term position that they are able to put their own stamp on and can expect to be significantly rewarded for their contributions and successes.

Responsibilities – Property Management Surveyor – Commercial Property Manager

·Work with the company Directors, Accounts Managers and other members of the property management team management surveyors.

·Working closely with other departments, such as the agency and building surveying teams in identifying fee earning opportunities within the managed portfolio

·Manage and oversee all of our client’s H&S obligations and liabilities

·Liaise and attend meetings with clients

·Carry out inspections

Experience Required – Associate Director – Commercial Property Management

·MRICS Qualified or working towards

·A working knowledge of relevant property legislation and regulations

·Strong time management and workload prioritisation skills

·A driving licence

Salary: Associate Director – Commercial Property Management

£70k to £80k depending on experience
