Our client, a Leading Fit-out Contractor, based in Manchester, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis due to continued growth. The QS will be working on high-end office fit-outs across the UK, focusing on large projects while reporting to the Commercial Director. The SQS will be working as a key member of the commercial team, based from the Manchester office with sites visits as required across the UK.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with some knowledge of commercial fit-out works. The SQS will need to be based within commuting distance of Manchester and looking for a long term role.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years quantity surveying experience
• Must hold interior fit-out experience
• Ideally degree qualified (not essential)
• Full driving licence
• Based local to Manchester and happy to travel

• Salary: £50k – £65k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)
