We are a specialist Planning and Commercial recruitment consultancy founded by Joan Smith and Brett Sanders, with Offices in Tooting, London.
The idea for Resourcy originated when the co-founders were working for a large construction project in late 2018. When looking for employees to fill roles, the quality of the candidates sourced by external recruitment specialists were either below standard or had mismatched expectations. This was when we spotted the need in the market for a recruitment team that has the experience necessary to locate the true talent. With a clear focus of quality over quantity, this has become the foundation of what Resourcy is.
With over 25 years combined experience in the construction industry in both Planning and Commercial Management, the founding members pull together their knowledge to achieve a Win-Win scenario for both the Employer and the Candidate.
Joan Smith
Joan has an extensive engineering background bringing her keen eye for detail and punctuality into the role of master planner for some of the worlds largest construction companies. Joan will be leading the planning arm of Resourcy and will use her experience to ensure all of the sourced planners are to the specifications required.
Brett Sanders
Brett brings the commercial expertise to the business. Having studied quantity surveying at university, later accruing over 10 years in the industry as a commercial manager on some of the worlds most prestigious construction projects, Brett understands what is required to be the perfect commercial asset to a project team.
